Partnership Guidelines & Assets

MaxRev works with many different organizations. To avoid confusion, we have defined a few principles for how our brand identity should be applied in these scenarios.

01. Partner Lockups

The MaxRev logo and the partner logo should be distinguished by contrast in sizing and placement. The text only version of the maxrev logo is preferred for this application. When applicable, they logos can be divided by a line. When the logos are placed horizontally, the line should be vertical. When the logos are placed vertically, the line should be horizontal.

For best possible contrast, use the positive version with a black line on white and bright backgrounds. On darker backgrounds, use the negative version, with a white line.

The “Partner logo” graphic is only provided as a placeholder logo.

Use of SPACING

When adding your logo to the partner lockup you should follow the examples below. Spacing and placement needs to be adhered to, this creates global consistency and eliminates one-offs.

02. MaxRev Logo Usage

The logo comes in three variations; Primary, Secondary (text only), and lettermark.
The MaxRev logo should be used consistently to maintain brand integrity across all platforms. There are three approved variations: the Primary logo, which includes the full design with icon and text; the Secondary logo, which features text only; and the Lettermark, a standalone icon suitable for small or square formats. Always ensure clear space around the logo, avoid distortion, and use only approved color variations. Choose the version that best fits the context while preserving legibility and brand recognition.

Logo Misuse

Refer to the images below for example of how NOT to display the MaxRev brand. This includes, but is not limited to, altering the logo, distorting proportions, changing color or using patterns or textures with the logo.

03. Luxury Brand Usage

Luxury Collection by MaxRev is a brand used for luxury listings ($1M +listings).

This sub-brand follows similar guidelines as partner logos seen in section 01. All guidelines for the MaxRev logo apply to this branding. When using this logo, the use of an additional brand color is also allowed. (See “Gold” in section 04)

We offer a variety of colors to represent our brand. 

However, it is important to note that the primary colors are our default colors when working with partnership designs.
